Don't go to this Restaurant I redeemed my points for 2 Blizzards and when I went to go pick my orders my phone died on me so I couldn't use the GPS on my phone to help me get to the Restaurant so I asked a lady at the bus stop if she knew where it is and she said that a Dairy Queen went out of business and that there is no Dairy Queen on Division so when bus came I asked the bus driver for directions because she did the Division route and she told me that a Dairy Queen on Division is closed and that it had been closed for a long time and that there is no Dairy Queen on Division so since they told me that there is no Dairy Queens on Division so I turned back around and went back to my Motel room because I'm new to Portland I don't know my way around town and I don't know where places are at and the Restaurant won't refund my points back to me and I couldn't charge my phone until the next day so and when I did charge my phone the Restaurant was closed so In the morning time I tried to call the restaurant to talk to the manager but nobody answered the phone so I decided to turn on the GPS and see if the Restaurant was actually their or not so when I got their than I seen that there was actually a Dairy Queen their so I went in the Restaurant and talked to the manager and he told me that he isn't gonna refund my points back and I needed to call the Corporate office and talk to them so I called them and told them what happened and the still haven't refunded my points back to me yet so I'm like really mad about it just because I was told that there was no Dairy Queens on Division St and they haven't refunded my points back to me. I'm not gonna be a rewards member of Dairy Queen ever again I hope they go out of business soon.

Service is fantastic! The manager is one of a kind superb! This establishment knows how to cater to the customer.

Slow as possible. Always extremely slow, takes approximately 30-40 minutes to get thru the drive thru it’s awful. And than proceeds to get my order wrong and disrespect me by putting the bbq sauce I ordered lazily. I would give zero stars if possible and there continue terrible service has made me completely lose all respect for Dairy Queen. 0/10 would never recommend this location to anyone.
