Amanda Dallman came highly recommended to me. From the first time we met at my home she came prepared with data of the homes for sale in our county. How long they stay on the market , comps. She answered all my questions I had prepared. She had great suggestions on how to stage my house. She had fantastic photos taken and she even talked to my neighbors ! She explained everything. Always took my calls or answered my texts. She held an open house. Had private showings. She got me strong offers after the first weekend and I took the one well over my asking price. She made the whole process simple and easy to understand. Thanks Amanda !

Amanda is absolutely wonderful to work with. She really cares about her clients dreams as well as the community and neighbourhood she lives in. Her knowledge of the area also proved to be paramount. It was my first time selling a house. She even made it a breeze when I moved to another country and couldn't be physically there for closing. She was extremely communicative and easy to reach. She left no stone unturned. I have great respect for the integrity she carries. 5 star all the way! Highly recommend.

I made a quick (yet difficult!) decision to list, and her enthusiasm and marketing strategies sold the home quick…allowing me to start my search for our next home.
