I arrived at my appointment time and was immediately checked in by the valet person who was very nice. I then waited for 25 minutes for my service advisor and i was the only one there. After already waiting for 25 minutes for an appointment that was supposed to take 30 minutes or less i was told my service would take one and a half hours. I called to make the appointment at 2 oclock and was never told this. I will definitely be looking for a new place to service my new Tacoma

Great place to purchase a car as a first time buyer. Rene who was helping me through the entire process was amazing, very nice and helpful and always made sure l got the best deal on my new car. Everyone in general was very nice and I enjoyed my time buying my first car. Loved the experience very much and can’t thank Rene enough for the huge help.

Mike is amazing, he is so approachable and kind. Even though they were already close because I thought the closing time is 7 pm, he still help me schedule my appointment for change oil the next day. He is honest and helpful. I highly recommend Dalton Toyota for your car service. Keep up the good work Mr Mike.
