There is no contract, no rules, price increase at any time. Lived there for a year, left cuz they put another RV 3 foot from me, which is a fire hazard and wouldn't do anything about it

I lived there for 4 years and rented from Bill and Dan They are both slum lords and share all your personal business with the whole RV park. I have seen Bill fill his Backhoe with Rick and dirt and dump it on a car because he didn't want someone's visitors parked where they were . He yells at tentamts , has threatened and has demolished people's RV s without notice including all belongings inside .Don't rent here unless you enjoy being yelled at , being threatened and having your belongings destroyed . The river is beautiful though .

The lady I talk to on the phone , is a very rude and ignorant adult. Having Quiet time starting at 8 pm is ridiculous, especially when it’s still daylight !!!! I have never spoke to someone this unprofessional, she needs to be fired !
