Dan was very responsive, replying to texts and emails promptly and walking us through each step. It was very scary for us to be in a situation that we needed a lawyer, it was all new to us and we had many questions throughout the process. Any time we had a question he answered it, always within the hour. Dan said he would get the best possible outcome for us and he did! Without giving details for privacy reasons, I can say that he was able to downgrade the original charge and get the diversion option. The months in between the incident and the resolution were very stressful and Dan made the process so much easier, through all the court appearances, he was always giving us reassurance, guidance and a sense of hope that this wasn't going to be the end of the world. Trust the process and trust Dan! He won't let you down, he will do everything in his power to defend your case and make sure you have the best possible outcome!

Dan helped me with my nephew's case, explained things well, came up with ideas we didn't have and is thoughtful and kind. Thank you Dan Mullen! Also, I found a cat and he's been living my garage, anyone recognize him? I call him Keanu.
