Very friendly and helpful. A little difficult to get a hold of at times but once they come out to fix an issue everyone's really nice ^_^ Happy renters!
My granddaughter lived in an overpriced ramshackle tiny house with a $400 +/ mo pge due to poor heating. The tenant in the house across the gravel street filmed them every chance she got, indide, outside. didn't matter then sent the videos to her pal Denise ( the "manager") not altogether legal but Danco's Denise didnt care. Son in law was assaulted there by a pos and Denise evicted my granddaughters bf, my granddaughter and their 5 month old baby because THEY were making too much noise. Meanwhile a danco employee living in a unit there let their kids run wild, unattended and at least 1/3 of the homes looked like tweak shacks. My granddaughters was one of the best kept by far. Denise is a complete waste as a manager. AVOID!
