Dr. Tony is a miracle worker! I only regret not starting PT with him sooner. I sprained my left ankle in July 2023 pretty severely and was convinced it would heal on its own (it did not). While I was eventually able to walk, I felt discomfort when doing certain exercises and knew my ankle was still not 100% but stubbornly refused to start PT. Fast forward to March 2024, I ended up hurting my wrist from a fall and again tried to just let time heal the injury, but finally gave in in May 2024 and decided to make an appointment with Dr. Tony for both my ankle and wrist, as well as my bunion. Dr. Tony ran initial assessments and I found out so much about my body and range of motion (left leg much more limited than my right) and how my body had been overcompensating for my sprained ankle. I also discovered my wrist injury was only a soft tissue injury and could be fixed through targeted exercises and self massage. Within a few sessions my wrist was almost 100%. Dr. Tony also taught me how to walk correctly so that I would not aggravate my bunion and also to prevent it from getting worse. I’ve noticed a stark difference from having every day noticeable pain in my right foot bunion to almost zero. I have also made great progress with my left ankle (the most severe injury of the three) and it is almost at 100%, and probably would be sooner if I were a little more diligent with my at home PT exercises 😅. I appreciate that Dr. Tony is positive and encouraging, and how he makes it easy to recall and follow my PT exercises by recording and sending videos of me during my PT sessions. I also was glad to know that Dr. Tony takes HSA/FSA so I was able to use my benefits to cover my sessions. I would highly recommend Dr. Tony to anyone working through an injury or pain!

Can’t believe I waited to so long to do this! A friend had been recommending Dang PT for over a year of me dealing with minor gym injuries. After yet another injury that limited my workouts, I finally reached out to Dang PT. I’ve been working with Dr. Vincent for about 3 months and it has been life changing. A few different issues have came out through PT and we are working them all out. My workouts are much more satisfying as I can do exercises that I have stayed away from for years. And as a huge bonus, he has treated my migraines. I carry all my stress in my shoulders. He’s worked on that area and neck plus at home stretches and now my migraines are under control. While I went on vacation recently, I stopped doing my exercises and when I got back I had migraines for 4 days straight. I went to see Dr Vincent and the next day migraines were gone and have stayed away. I can’t recommend them enough. They’re super responsive and will go out of their way to help. On one occasion when I was in pain and couldn’t come in, we set up a zoom appt the same day and he recommended a few things that helped right away and set my mind at ease. I’ve seen other physical therapists and chiropractors and wasted so much money without having results. This has by far been my best choice for treatment.

I love this place. The space is well thought out, well equipped and obviously created by people who love what they do! Denise was my PT and was both knowledgeable and encouraging during rehab of my shoulder injury. She got really detailed in what I had injured and how I could improve - not easy considering it had been an injury that had been nagging me for years! Can't wait until I'm 100% and I can come back for a class for physical training.
