I've been a longtime supporter of Daniel Patrick and his brand since the Knomadik days (pre 2014). I've purchased over 10+ pieces from the brand over the past 6 years.
Unfortunately, the quality has all but plummeted in recent years. This especially true of their newly launched masks - they fit awfully, are poor quality, are grossly overpriced, and don't function properly due to the poor choice of fabric.
Additionally, I had to request to be removed from their contact list more than 4 times before they finally removed me. Their LA store manager Kamrie assured me I would be removed from future communication after the first request, but she failed to process it time and time again. After my third request I was met with an unsigned snotty response of 'Will do.' from an unnamed customer service party.
Overall I am immensely disappointed in the brand, its operations, and its customer service. I hope in future they can improve, as I know Daniel cares deeply about his product and customers.
