I have always worn stainless steel and never had any problems, I bought my wedding band here and I thought it was quite light to be stainless steel but I took there word for it and saw it as a plus, but when I got married that same day I wore it and after a couple hours my finger was green, they made me sign papers when I bought it and they even made the ring my size and I had to pick it up yet when I called and let them know what the ring was doing they said they had no paperwork or proof that I bought it there, I no longer had the receipt and I understand that it would help but sadly I lost it, I can't believe they had no copies of any of the paperwork, I wore the ring for about an hour and I still even have it in the box, the only thing they told me was "Sorry we'll call you if we find anythin." Unbelievable.!

Wasn’t extremely happy with the way I was treated trying to buy a new watch. The associate didn’t seem to pay complete attention to my needs. There was a lot to choose from in the store though!
