There was suppose to be no interest charge. But I got a interest rate of 2.99 Out of my $244 dollar payments $99.85 is interest charge every month. So if I make my on time payments every month I still pay $1600 in interest by the time I pay it off and that's with excellent credit. Smh!!
I hate to shame businesses because people make mistakes.. but I have to on this.. because they didn't own up to it and because it was too close to at heart. My mother in law bought me my wedding ring. With my husband's permission we customized it with a personal ring I had of mine(A promise ring between Jesus and I when I was saved) I was so please and happy with the end result(1st pic) a few days after our wedding a diamond fell out from the setting. I took it to the same jeweler who worked on it. And when I got it back the prongs were completely shaved off. (2nd pic) the jeweler denied doing anything to it other than replacing the diamond. After many complaints to the manager they "fixed it" now a month after my wedding I finally got it back(3rd pic) I am completely distraught, emotional and heartbroken. It'll never be the same. And we're still stuck with a few thousand dollars in debt. I thought customer service was about making the customer happy but corporate nor the district manager did a thing about the situation(being a manager myself I would had made sure my customer(patient) would have been happy with our service before leaving). I will NEVER AGAIN do business with this company!! The worst experience in my life!!
I trusted because that is the person I am... what did I do to deserve this? I'm still so heartbroken.. and recommend everyone getting their valuables appraised before releasing it to anyone...
