If your vehicle is ever broken down and you're traveling from out of the area, you know what you need but you don't know the person to call, make this your first call. Daniel answered our call on a late Friday afternoon while changing a tire for another customer. Promising to call back within 10 minutes, we started looking/calling for a diesel repair facility. His return call was timely, and he had a professional calmness about him which we needed. Since it was late in the afternoon and knowing the shops would be closing soon, we agreed to an early morning tow on Monday, all the way to Spokane. A follow-up text over the weekend with specific details happened as promised and we met Monday as agreed. The feeling of confidence and professionalism is contagious in a good way, and watching him secure our unique truck to his wrecker, I knew we had picked the right company. It was a long ride to Spokane and we enjoyed the ride learning about the area. I shared that in my late teens I worked on heavy diesel equipment which made for more talk. I know it's a long review but Daniel and his company did everything as promised, which is reassuring when a disabled engine has many unknowns. There may be other towing and recovery services around here, but I am grateful we met Daniel.

I needed to transport my Corvette. I emailed and called local towing companies and only one replied; Daniel replied right away. I am very impressed with the whole experience.
