Pretty certain they don’t bake anything in house. My Strudel was pretty bad and stale. Coffee was mediocre at best. Feels like they count on tourists and. It on repeat business.
Had high hopes for authenticity and very disappointed.

Talk about a truly great bakery for a morning breakfast!! I came in Saturday morning, and they were putting out fresh apple and cherry strudels, so naturally bought up a few and sat outside on the benches to enjoy them with a morning cup of coffee. Probably one of the closer bakeries to a German pastry you’ll get, but none the less, still a must while in town!

The pastries were amazing. We had a pretzel, florentina, and Bavarian waffle. So delicious, especially the light flakey pastry of the waffle. Service was ok, but these jobs are usually filled by teenagers so lackadaisical service is pretty normal, lol.
