We bought a couch off of marketplace. Got home and realized that it was covered in dog urine and in horrible condition thus unsalvageable. We called two companies before Dan, who quoted us almost $100 for an emergency removal. When we called Dan, not only did he say that he would be there in 20 minutes, he was able to work within our budget of $60. Very professional, quick to respond, overall a wonderful experience. He also mentioned that he will do deliveries! A good thing to keep in mind if your like us and only have a car :)
