Originally was supposed to cut our grass and provide landscaping services to my rental units. Started OK, but then after a few months started coming less. I finally had to fire him because he would only come once per month.

When I questioned him, he came up with plenty of excuses, including "I was busy on another job."

I blame myself for not supervising him enough. I trusted him to do his job.

I do not recommend.
