Buyer beware, Darling is selling "new" grey market Case Construction machines with little to no hours from Europe. These machines do not come with the normal 3 years of warranty or the free 3 years of maintenance that Case offers. In addition, Case dealers computers and diagnostic tools in the USA do not plug in or work with grey market machines, leaving customers without dealer support. Also, the serial number cannot be searched to buy parts as it is a non North American machine. If you buy these machines you are on your own, no help from Case dealers. Maybe Darling will fix it for free for 3 years? But if it's a computer issue you're out of luck. Save $20,000 upfront, spend $40,000 on maintenance and warranty repairs with no support, what a great idea...

Customer Service is top notch.
One of these guys pulled over after hours to help me change a flat tire. I had put my jack in the wrong spot and couldn't get that last inch of clearance to replace the tire. Super friendly and helpful, with no judgement me being an idiot who ate curb and blew a tire.
Would 100% recommend for any service.

I had some drainage issues on my property and Matt was extremely helpful in helping me pick out the right excavator to fit into some of the tighter areas around my house. The equipment was in good condition and worked great. Pick up and delivery were also really easy to schedule and they were on time. I would highly recommend renting their equipment for your next project/job.
