Had Levi come out weeks ago for a bid on a tree that was very close to our house and against the fence separating us from our neighbor. The bid was fast and very fare. Levi and his crew arrived on our scheduled appointment on time and all with very professional and polite attitudes. They treated my property with respect. Watching the 3 work together was a real treat. Levi ensured that the job wasnt completed until I was satisfied. A ferm handshake completed the day. I will be hiring them for all future tree work
Used to be the best but the owner was injured and his people don't follow his instructions. First year charged $1,200 to limb large walnut tree. This year same tree and another one were $2,000 and when I returned home found that a total of 4 limbs were cut on the big tree and 3 on the small tree resulting in $285 per limb. Should have known something was wrong when the scheduled two day job was finished in two hours
Called to complain and the owner never returned my calls so will never use again
I would like to express my gratitude, even though I ended up becoming a non-paying customer. Rick was super informative and was kind enough to pass it to me to relay it to the pavement company performing a project. It could have ended becoming a liability in the long-term if the tree roots were removed killing the pine trees and eventually falling onto our neighbors and or us. Thank you for taking time off your day.
