NOT anything to do with Das Copy Shop BUT be cautious mailing with UPS...Took 4 days to get my car keys my husband had mailed overnight at over $66, since mine were stolen while I was working in Olympia... UPS says no refund....OH WAIT, (say) they refunded Das Copy Shop but not us....I even left messages at headquarters in Kentucky, - no calls back. That was in October. My husband had to drive 7 hours round trip to bring me our last set of back up keys. Mileage reimbursement??, NO. UPS says that they "don't do that"....
