Dave is an excellent realtor. He recently helped us buy our home in Sammamish. What makes him excellent? He was extremely professional about his job, never hesitated to provide honest feedback, truly personalized our experience as a customer, was always accomodating with his schedule to show us homes (repeatedly). He has fantastic knowledge about houses and construction, which is extremely valuable when you go look at homes with him. He is able to provide insight into the construction quality and potential risks that a house may have. Looking back at the last couple of months, I don't think our home buying journey would've been the same without Dave.
