I was having trouble submitting a claim through SF website, and contacted Kat at SF. She took care of the claim in probably less than a minute. Super-efficient; thanks Kat! This kind of customer service is a rarity, these days. I’ve been a SF customer for 40 years and have no plans to change.

I called today inquiring about a rate increase. I was very pleased with the explanation that was given to me, by Kat. She was very clear and concise. She laid out all the options I qualify for, to save money. Her knowledge left me with no questions remaining or hesitations at the end. Thanks Kat!
