There was great communication confirming my appointment as well as the day of the appointment and even the status of the repairman's arrival time, to the minute. Lots of testing and results were quick to locate problem. Repair was fast. So nice to have a dishwasher again. Frank was knowledgeable and courteous. Dave Smith Appliance has my highest recommendation for any appliance repair that maybe required. Thank you all.

The whole experience with Dave Smith Appliance Services was great. The ladies that answered the phones and the repairman, Mike are absolutely very kind. They was able to go around my schedule and come in the afternoon instead of morning. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Very pleased with everything.
