After multiple chances I've tried to give this place, I give up.
Service advisor was dishonest and tried to blame me for his lack of attention to detail. He ordered the wrong part and blamed me for telling him the wrong information that I didn't even know and asked him to find in the first place. He said he'd look up my vehicle to get the right info since I'd been in multiple times and clearly he didn't, so I had to wait while they fixed their mistake. I get nothing but lip service from this place. Even after the service manager forces me into her office (previous visit) to talk to me all about how they will do right by me, it was just that, lip service.
That same visit didn't yield the promises I was given by said manager, either.
I didn't ask for special treatment, only what I was promised. I wasn't rude nor did I act like a Karen about things. I was always very polite and patient with them. I understand mistakes happen, but this wasn't a simple mistake. It's repeated disregard for a customer.
There's something majorly wrong when the same service manager goes out of her way to ignore me when I return to give them 1 last chance. I know she remembered me and I'm likely a customer they'll be glad to never see again, because they won't.
