Best service department!! I have unfortunately had to take my serger in many times to be rethreaded - but each time it’s done quickly and with a smile.

This is an exceptionally well managed Bernia Dealer store. Expect to be impressed. Sales staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. No pressure but best of all you are not just buying a sewing machine-the owners of this store offer classes. These classes range from free introductory-getting to know your machine, specialty projects and bring your own project.

Staff are great 👍 is an understatement. In the back they offer sewing machine repairs, sharpen your scissors and more. This is a busy, happy place to visit and sew. Great business, well managed w a great team.
