Dave's is one of the best spots for hot chicken, especially given that it's more of a fast food style chain. The nuggets are actually very good, medium heat is nice and warm without being overpowering. Love the fresh pickle slices, paired with the Dave's sauce and bread and fries, it's one of the best lunch spots ever.

Dave's Hot Chicken just opened in my area and the line was out the door. That's not a knock on them at all, as they were staffed to the gills. It was my first time eating at this chain. While I loved the fries, with that yummy seasoning, the chicken left me guzzling water due to the over abundance of cumin seasoning. That's all you could taste and it was a bit disappointing. Don't get the strips, get the sliders so that there are more flavors than just cumin. The Oreo shake was delicious.

Busy Friday night. There was a line when we got there but it moved pretty quickly and ordering was fast and seemed easy. Maybe waited around 10 minutes for our food. Chicken sandwich and tenders were amazing! It was very busy in the plaza overall so be aware of parking!
