David and Shari were outstanding realtors who worked with us to find our dream vacation home in Canyon Lake. They understood our needs and showed us properties that were consistent with our desires. They provided their recommendations, observations, and concerns with each property they showed us so we would make the most informed decision possible. When they identified the home we eventually purchased, they worked tirelessly in helping us get the experts to inspect the property, and negotiated the price adjustment. They also assisted with getting a POA issue with two gazebos resolved. We could not have had any better purchase experience. By the time our purchase had been completed, Dave and Shari had become like extended family members. As a matter of fact, this home was intended to be a 4-year or so investment (we are deep into our senior years), and I already made contact with them that when we are ready to list it, they will be our representatives in the sale.
