David was so helpful and patient with me and my husband when we was searching to buy and selling. David is very knowledgeable and really knows what he’s doing. He’s also really helpful with home improvements and can point you in the right direction of anyone who can help. David is an all around amazing realtor and did us so good. We had the best experience with David and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else other than him. If you tell him what you’re looking for he will get you exactly that. When it came to selling our condo he did amazing and we had offers within 24 hours and was under contract within 36 hours. If you need to sell a place David is definitely your guy. If you need to buy a place David is also your guy! David is super professional, friendly, hardworking, fast, efficient and super smart about every process you have to go through.

My husband and I were absolutely honored to work with David to find a home. He never beat around the bush and never told us what we wanted to hear just to close. He was beyond honest and straightforward! He made our buying process almost stress free and had our best interest in mind through the whole entire process. He treated us like family and even after the closing and moving, he lets us know we can always text him and he is willing to help with just about anything or give advice for any issue we have around the house. My husband and I would definitely recommend David for any house buying or selling business you need.
