I have been a patient for over a year now and love it. The staff is always kind, know me by name, and always follow through with any plans made.
I always receive correct information from Dr. Napoli, am spoken to as a human and not as a customer, and any concerns I have addressed have always been treated with professionalism and get resolved.
I give them 5 stars because when it really comes down to it, I trust these people with my health, and with my life.

Went to Dr Gonzalez after my other Doctor stopped taking insurance. He wholeheartedly was concerned about my health. The end result was that we found out I was borderline type 2 diabetic. End result: with his care, I am no longer at risk. Through his guidance and extreme care, I'm feeling better then I have in years. The gals of front are awesome!

I have moved from Ladera Ranch to the Palos Verdes area, so in the process of changing Dr.Gonzalez as my primary care physician. This is with regret as throughout the 8 years that I have been visiting their office, I have been enjoying the excellent care and service from him and his staff. He persists that you do your blood works on-time, when the results come in, someone calls and explains what's on the results. When you need immediate attention, they go out of their way to fit you in and all-in-all; the sense that you get from interacting with this team is that they truly care. So thank you Dr Gonzalez and team, keep up the great work, I wish you all the best for the future.
