David Salmanson is a great realtor and very well known. This was our first home purchase and we're not as knowledgeable with the process. He guided us on which houses were a great deal and which areas to avoid. He responds very quickly and in very short notice. We gave him the list of houses we wanted to look at and he scheduled them within a day [incredible]. He knows what bid to send to the sellers and what would be competitive. We only looked for a month and our bid was accepted and closed. He also helped us with getting a great lender so that we could close on the house in 21 days. Everything happened so quickly but I'm glad David was there to guide us through the process and to answer all of our questions. Don't hesitate to contact him and have him as your realtor. Highly recommended!

If you’re looking for a realtor, I would recommend David. The service provided was very professional, reliable, consistent, responsive, and helpful.
