I always receive great customer service from David Steinman State Farm. Today I was out of town and called in to get some policy information over the phone. Kimberly was friendly and efficient at providing me with the necessary details. It’s great to have their services for my small business and personal insurance needs.

SAGE BALCOM has been awesome to work with. He made the transition from Allstate to SF simple and understandable. I now have better coverage with quite a substantial savings! Although I was a loyal Allstate customer for years, I wondered why my rates continued to increase without warning or explanation. I was recommended to call Sage Balcom and I'm so grateful.

Just visited State Farm and Makayla helped me. Had a great experience. She was very helpful and very easygoing. Gotta say one of the best experiences with customer service. She was very nice and efficient and got us in and out with absolutely no fuss at all. Perfect example of how customer service should be.
