He’s turned me on to so many people over the last several years and become the ultimate conduit for me getting to whoever I want to connect with. His career coaching has winnowed down the endless dead-end door knocking by making it easy to simply pick up the phone or send a text that opens with “I’m a friend of David Thiermann.” Bingo! – open sesame.

I worked with David 4 years ago to decide what my next step would be after I was injured in a career I have had for two decades. I felt very confused about it. Because of his clear and focused guidance in discovering my values and integrating them with what is realistic, I was able to develop a plan which I have implemented and am now succeeding with. David has a heart of gold and a wealth of experience and knowledge. The minute you begin sharing your dreams with him, he is pulling out his phone sharing his many contacts who can help. That's just who he is. He can help with clarifying your career path, as well as marketing/promoting your business (whether you have an advertising budget of not). He has helped me so much in honing in on my business mission and coming up with creative marketing ideas. He has tons of ideas and tips that make him an amazing mentor. He is a very kind, warm, and generous people-person who clearly has a ton of passion for what he does. I feel blessed to know him and receive his support.
