I was not happy with the experience I had at David’s bridal in Langley. I arrived on a weekday and nobody would help me. There was 4 staff that we saw coming in and out of the back. Only 3 customers in the store. Staff would just walk right past ya avoiding to help. One cheeky dark haired younger girl kept commenting and complaining out loud that she had appointments yet that customer was no where to be found. There was 2 staff that could have easily helped me but instead they avoided it. When that staff’s appointment did finally show up I believe that same dark haired staffs rudeness quickly turned them away and that customer left within 2 minutes. Here I was ready for buying a dress. I waited over half an hour to have someone finally help me for one minute. Then when trying on dresses I needed different sizes, there was nobody to be found so I had to get redressed each time to go find a different size, I ended up leaving very discouraged and without a dress. I suggest if you wanna shop here, you book an appointment in advance or nobody will help you and if they do help you they don’t seem to be happy too. I had a way better experience at Laura’s and ended up buying a good quality dress much better than what was at this David’s bridal (material was cheap and thin) and it was more affordable at Laura’s too, without the rudeness and entitled staff on top of it.

Kratika was absolutely amazing! She brought me a dress that I had not picked but fit my wedding theme perfectly and ended up being the one!!
HIGHLY recommend going to David’s Bridal for your big day
