We were reluctant to come to David's but with a rush wedding we decided to try it because of the deep discount sale happening. We were set up with Jenny who immediately made us feel at ease. She has a grandmotherly / mother vibe that is so reassuring. We were at the appointment for quite a while and never felt rushed or pressured. We originally left the store with two dresses in mind, my daughter could not make a decision. We went to lunch nearby
and ended up coming back. She made us feel so welcomed again and didn't hesitate to allow my daughter to put on both dresses again, different veils and to just walk and sit with her thoughts. We found her dress and ended up purchasing that day. We love Jenny! Thank you for everything!

The ladies were extremely kind and helpful. I would have liked more dresses in mid-range sizes (too many in zero and 20, but few in 12, for example). I found the very worst aspect to be the dressing rooms. For the love of everything modest and fair, PLEASE get better curtains! More fabric to cover, longer...one feels so bare and exposed there! And, would it kill you to provide a mirror? There are men and families sitting in the common area, and I had to come out there and parade every one of my dresses in front of all the strangers! I was shopping alone for a charity black tie event and wanted to consider my choices in private. Why make me leave my dressing room 18 times, without proper foundation garments, in front of strangers, in unaltered dresses? Think on that.

My experience here was amazing from start to finish. My first appointment to try on I had to cancel last minute due to sickness and they were super understanding. Once I came in, Lesly was so beyond helpful and enthusiastic when I was trying on dresses it really added to my experience. Alterations was amazing they were so sweet and really attentive. The team truly takes pride in what they do. They even saved the scraps from my dress for me so I can do other things with it! Only hiccup was that the shoes I ordered came in the wrong color but that was not their fault as the box was labeled incorrectly- they were quick to correct it though! Overall it was a great experience and I recommend them
