The alterations manager Kathy is absolutely fantastic!! From the moment I walked into my appointment she provided a wonderful experience for me. I brought in two dresses I did not purchase from David’s Bridal and she really took her time to show me all my options without once making me feel pressured. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and offered so many helpful suggestions that didn’t come off as pushy. I walked out of my appointment feeling confident thanks to Kathy and her team! I’ll definitely be returning for my alterations in a few months when I have made my decision on which dress I will opt for!

Desiree (CSR) and Kathy (alterations manager) are truly amazing! So very patient, helpful, and friendly. I did not buy a dress at David's Bridal, but needed a belt to sparkle up my dress and alterations. They treated me just as special as a bride. I really appreciate their dedication and kindness. I needed alterations done quickly and they did not disappoint - done so fast and well. Thank you, thank you! These ladies deserve a raise for their excellent customer service.
