All though my wedding is in November I thought coming to David bridals will be the less stressful way to go it has been a night mare after another My bridesmaids have had a bad experience receiving their dresses , one of the girls had her dress sleeve burned what would look like a cigarette burn and they stated there was nothing they can do about it since it passed 30 days which was not true . Another one of my girls ordered a size 18 dress in a certain style it even stated 18 in the reciept the order came in and the dress was a size 12 same style the person at the desk didn't even confirm the size just let my brides maid leave with the size 12. Another brides maid received a text stating her dress came in the dress was not the dress she ordered it's a compete different style then the original one she chose!. We all took days off and time to come here and have them all ordered their dresses months in advance but they keep stating the dressed would arrive close to my wedding day which does not give them enough time for alterations or to check for mistakes like these. Worst experience ever . And this is my second location to go to .

I had the most frustrating experience at this David’s Bridal. I put a rush on my dress to be altered, hem only. At my final fitting one side was longer than the other so I had to come back again for them to match the longer side with the full dress. I also want it to be known my appointment was not in the system. Luckily I had proof of the date and time of my final fitting.

I came back for the second final fitting and my dress ended the way it appears in this photo. In result, I had to hem again to match to the shorter part. This is not the length I wanted and I am highly disappointed my dress is not to the length of my desire. To those women buying a bridal gown from here please be careful and pay attention to your alterations. I will not be coming back here ever again!

What a wonderful experience. Brought my daughter and her best friend and Elisabeth was amazing. Dresses were lovely and lots of size options including plus size!! She was so patient and incredibly helpful.
