Kaylee was superb!!! She was extremely amazing and soo helpful. She has a eye for picking you out the most stunning dresses to fit you perfectly. I definitely recommend coming to this store because they have so many choices and sizes and the people are just so nice. Loved it. I bought three dresses. Love love love. Thank you Kaylee!

update: 6/10/23. I was married a month ago. I recently had the most incredible experience at David's Bridal, and I simply cannot contain my excitement! The alterations manager, along with the store manager Kim, went above and beyond to ensure my wedding dress was transformed into a dream come true.
Initially, I was a bit unsure when I saw the dress as it was too big for me. But the alterations manager worked her magic, and it felt like a scene straight out of a movie by the time she was done. The perfect tailoring made me feel like a true Cinderella on my special day.
What impressed me the most was how the alterations manager took my hourglass figure into account. She customized the top to accentuate my curves flawlessly, making me feel like the most beautiful bride. Additionally, she created a stunning 5-point bustle that left me in awe.
I must also give a special shout-out to the store manager, Kim. Her exceptional knowledge of the products and her unwavering commitment to customer service truly made my experience unforgettable. Kim embodies everything you could wish for in a bridal store manager, ensuring that every bride feels cherished and cared for.
