First time home buyer here! Was given Davina’s info from a friend, and immediately was beyond excited with her service, communication, negotiation, teaching, and comforting. She promptly answered all my (MANY) questions regarding the process, and always made sure to loop-close. She entertained our thoughts and dreams, shared her honest opinions when on a viewing marathon day, and guided us through the process with a fiduciary-like relationship.
