I know you delete your negative reviews but I’m leaving this here anyways for the few people who might get to read this before deciding what shop to take their vehicles.
Do not go here. Please.
Davis Autobody Shop is, without a doubt, one of the most incompetent and unprofessional experiences I’ve had with a business here in Paso. Their lack of communication and lack of attention to detail put me out without my car for over a month and put my vehicle at a serious risk of being totaled. This was over the course of August and September of this year.
Though I would love to, I can’t list out all the things that went wrong from start to finish. The primary thing you need to know about Davis is that they are sexist and extremely negligent.
First, they could not manage to call me at any point during this ordeal. They preferred instead to call my father, who has nothing to do with the care of my vehicle. I see no reason why my father was called other than the fact that he’s an older man. I asked them several times to please call me. Gave them my phone number and everything. It never happened.
Secondly, and most importantly, even after discussion of the exact damages over the phone, Jason did not oversee the repair of my radiator which was the primary reason I brought it in in the first place. He sounded surprised there was even an issue with it. Even after I called to tell him my engine was overheating once I had picked it up from Davis.
Caliber Collisions found a “fairly large crack” in the radiator the next day... it was repaired within the week. Absolutely crazy how much Davis managed to mess things up.
Please, do not go here!!
