Used their service after being locked out of my condo three years ago and was extremely satisfied. Unfortunately I had a friend’s car towed and this business is on the same street. I parked on public property across the street up against the railroad tracks. Yes they park their vans there but no big deal right? No. I drive a 2023 Subaru and my company I had with me went inside to see about an ATM so the store knew we were just making arrangements to go down the street to pay to the towed vehicle. While my pregnant cousin’s fiancé consoled her they lock their vans from inside the building which is fine, I guess. The problem was the staff staring at us from outside and then had the nerve to ask if we were having car problems or something. It was clear we weren’t welcomed even though we were not at their business’s actual location, just parked. I also find it suspicious that the tow company has a $500 fee and most free standing ATMs have a limit of $300, not here, you can take out exactly $500. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

*The owner thinks no one reads when he can’t read himself showing the true colors of the business with his reactionary and responses full of libel. I said I would not be returning or using your service again. Don’t be petty with your reviews when I wasn’t in your lot and you probably weren’t present. Have a great business future without a harassment lawsuit looming. Owning a business doesn’t mean you can be a tyrant.
