Worst realtor for a seller that you can get. We tried discussing multiple offers ranging from $150k to $180k and she claimed "no low ball offers". Then when the house finally closed, it sold for... you guessed it... $180k. So how was our range a "low ball offer"? Makes me think something shady went down with that transaction and I'll be sure to report her to DRE and the state of california Department of Real Estate. Unprofessional!
