I went here to get the bottom part of my hair trimmed and asked the lady to layer it with scissors. She ended up only using a buzz cutter and comb. She left my hair choppy and uneven. there are sharp lines around my head that are uneven, making it look like I did this at home. I look terrible. She tried to argue with me that it was good the way it was and wouldn't cut it anymore after I asked her to not make it look so choppy. I'm never going back here.

I've been having my haircut by Lilly for at least 4 years now. Never had one complaint from the very beginning. My first haircut with her was a little scary because I did not know how good she is. After that, I never had my haircut with anybody else in there. No wonder why customers who knows how good she is, patiently waits in line for her. Be mindful of the language barrier of all the hairstylists. If you don't get what you expect, it's most likely because they did not really understand what you meant. Explain your intentions to the simplest means possible to avoid misunderstanding.

I discovered this place for myself based on reviews I was reading. I like a medium fade with a comb over on top, so I was a bit skeptical when I walked in. That was about 6 months ago and I have been going back 2x a month since. The barbers are on point with their fades. Only 1 time I had a bit of a sloppy one, but they fixed it before I left. The most inexpensive cut that gets compliments! They are good!
