Dawson sold our first home, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Dawson understands the complexity of the market and, most importantly, he really understood us and where we needed most support. He patiently educated us on the listing process, pricing strategy, timing, and thoughtfully orchestrated everything from photography, to open house, to offer negotiation. It was especially crucial to have his support and strength during what would typically be a stressful process, especially as we were getting ready for a cross-country move at the same time.
