Very unprofessional,my husband rental got towed this morning and we leave in Georgia only came to LA for a family emergency..the guy that’s on shift is telling us that the price is $300 to get the car out when they only towed the car across the street to their lot !How will we get home ?I need to speak to a manager asap ..PS the guy that’s on shift has a terrible attitude never to be replaced immediately.
