I went to the dealership last September (2020) and asked if they could replace my rear bumper on my 2018 GMC. It was damaged in the Walmart parking lot. Totally covered by my insurance company. Was told that they did not have a body man and that I could bring it back at a later date. I finally received a call from Adam and dropped it off last Monday (8 months later)and was told that it would be done by Thursday. No one called and let us know that it had been sent out to another body shop. That's the reason I took it there was to have them do the work along with 2 recalls that needed to be done. If I wanted someone else to do the work, I would have taken it to them myself. Needless to say, they won't be doing anything for me. Including recalls or service.
