So I would give this place a five star if only they honor appointment times. I have been coming to this place on and off for like 2 years and they only reason I keep coming back is what ever is in the products they use on a pedicure leaves my feet so soft for weeks. But with that being said I always call and make an appointment with them because not only do I go buy I bring my 2 daughters with me. But it never fails, I get there and have to wait from anywhere from 15 to 30 mins before I can begin my service. One time I just walked out cause I sat in the water for like 45 mins and no one had even started on mines or my daughter's feet yet. I know that the salons are trying to make the most money in a day(and I'm sure they make good money cause their pedicures aren't cheap either) but if I make an appointment them I should be priority over someone who just walked in. But like I said I get I always seem to find my way back cause I like their pedicures just wish they could be considerate of people's time.

if I could I would give 0 stars. I feel like I can never even tell them I don’t like my nails, because im too scared too. so bad. they always mess up the line, never straight and there designs look so crooked do not recommend at all. terrible terrible terrible. My mom got her nails done too and the man who did hers kept drilling so hard she told him it hurt and he made her bleed, he had to put on a fake nail. for 2 regular manicures almost $200 way too over priced for not any satisfaction with them. Not friendly also.

If I could give zero stars I would (for the manicure, pedicure was decent). The person doing my nails was sweet, however why say yes to a design if it turns out you lack the skill? Upon looking closer at my nails they were just a mess. Three days before my wedding and I’m crying because I had to give up on what I wanted and make it easy for him to do:basic French tip. That’s it.
I should have trusted the 1 star reviews.
