Don helped me with a battery problem I had with my laptop. He was kind and professional. He has affordable rates and returned my laptop to me in just a few hours. Don was terrific. He replaced my busted laptop screen. It would have been fast too if the first one they shipped to him wasn't also busted in transit. But he kept at it. And his price was very reasonable compared to others. It was the difference between fixing my laptop and buying a new one.

I went to Don at DC when my Asus gaming laptop (ROG Zephryus G15) wouldn't boot into windows. I first called DC computers and explained my issue. Don didn't have an instant answer over the phone but did something nobody else did. Don called me back with information I didn't think of. I took my laptop to him amd dropped it off for a few hours while Don stepped up to the plate. Don came up with a few solutions to my issue. Sadly the motherboard failed and the device was 16 days outside of the mfgr warranty.

Don went out of his way to help and give great advice! I'm glad we have a blessed and professional PC guy around! Thank you sir!
