If I could give zero stars I would. My son has bought his Ascent here, it has had trouble from the get go, the latest issue has resulted in DCH having the car all week, they don't call and update, can't fix it, have no loner vehicles and are just plain rude and unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend them and have contacted BBB, Subaru customer service, and my personal attorney.
UPDATE: Minutes after this review, service manager found the time to call my son at his work, angry about the bad review, and told my son to come and pick up the vehicle. He did offer to "help me, help you", meaning if we took the review down he would continue service. By far the most unprofessional business I have dealt with in many years. Emailed the general manager and he fully supports his staff and their behavior.
The reply to this review by DCH is very misleading. Mentioning the names of clients, who didn't even make the review is extremely unethical as well. The dealership NEVER initiated contact (until this reviewwas posted), Marvin, the service manager NEVER offered a loner car, that was handled by Matthew, the only employee who tried to help. All contact before the review was initiated by the vehicle owners.They have given more attention to this review than they ever did to try and fix my kids vehicle.
This place is full of liars. Please list where "Mason is no welcome at other dealerships". Name the dealership here and now. This is slander at the minimum and liable at the core.
