Use to love this store but the staff is Horrible includding the loss pervention guy he mocks people and talk poorly about clients .. Loved this store but they made my olderly mother cry. The staff today Nov 24 at 5ish to 6pm. We had the worst customer service. My mother loved coming to this store always spent over $100 either in clothing or home decor today $250.and some change . She had her shopping cart full of merch for grand kids ,for her and home decor . which I put on counter categorized so it can be easy for cashier to bag,lady was scanning and putting everything on the floor after she scanned . I asked her if she can not put the things on the floor her reply was it doesn't fit which was a lie , everything fit perfectly on counter then she said I was instructed to put everything on floor and she looked at us up and down . I asked her why she said because it's alot of items. I told her everyone else is taking alot of items but have there things on the counter but your putting ours on the floor. She said because there done paying I said turn to back and to side there not done paying there still scanning and she looked at my mom and said she wasn't going to take the things off the floor and rolled her eyes . I told here we came here two days and wasted the same amount and didn't have this issue and I paid and everything fit on the counter . She didn't give me the items till the receipt printed out . I asked what her managers name and she said they are my managers and the said they don't care none of the "managers" said anything . I observed the other girls and the clients and merchendise they had .they all had around same amount and only my mothers things were on floor . The cashier was super horrible as we left . The lost prevention guy was laughing and mocking us the two so called manager and her were talking poorly still about my mother and I. One of the mangers said who cares people still going to shop here instead of addressing the situation properly . My mother teared up as we left the store. Super disappointed on this cashier and these two so called managers. I asked for name she didn't give me it she said the register number 2 and info is on the reciept. I don't give my name .she was somewhat short tatted looking eyebrows. Horrible experience.
