Car's are such a personal thing. I first met Sam and Abdul in Seattle having purchased my BMW from them. I have to admit it was my first time buying from a used dealership and I had my reservation's. How ever was truly impressed the way they worked together with me to ensure I was satisfied. I was unhappy about a common (BMW) issue they went Above and beyond to get it fixed taking care of me the customer. Here we are 3 years later, I've run into them again ... The location may have changed but the service is still 1st class. When I'm car shopping I'm car shopping with them. Thanks again Deals Auto !!
