Dean and team were beyond helpful and knowledgeable! They educated this first time home buyer and were able to get a mortgage in place, in a bit of a time crunch. Not only were they responsive, but they took the time to help me understand my options. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! You will be in good hands with them!!

As a first-time homebuyer, Dean and his team went out of their way to help me through the process of getting our mortgage. They answered questions, gave me numerous estimates with different loan structures, and were very professional throughout the process. One great thing about them: in a market where you often have to put in a no-contingency offer to get your offer at the top of the pile, my Realtor told me that once Dean has pre-approved you, you can be sure you will get your loan on time once you are in escrow.

The team (Dean, Chance, Michael and Justin) at Guaranteed Rate is is excellent. I was able to help my mother get a refinance on her house during COVID-19. We were able to get most done electronically and Michael at Fidelity National Title was able to find a notary that could translate and was able to go to my elderly mother's house to sign off on the paperwork. Although it did take about 3 months (they are busy and understand why), they were able to lock in one of the best interest rates from the outset. One of the smoothest refinance I've ever done.
