This park probably has the best play structures of all the ones we have been to in the last 2-3 years. There are at least 3 separate areas for the kids to play (which was helpful when trying to stay relatively distant from others). There are also a few covered picnic tables and lots of room for the kiddos to run around. It looks like there might be wooded trails or something further into the park, but we didn’t make it that far with all the other cool things to explore right upon entering. The park is super clean and very family friendly. There was also a free parking lot right in front of the park’s entrance, which was super convenient.
I really appreciated that the taller play structures were well-secured— without gaps for ladders, poles, etc. like I’ve seen in many other parks. Basically, I didn’t have to worry about my 3 year old not paying attention and walking, tripping or running off the 2nd story and falling to his demise, which really allowed for a more enjoyable experience for all of us. He also loved the castle theme. The stone dragon was a big hit as well. We will definitely be coming back here!
This park is just so fun for kids of varying ages. We visit this park many times a year and the kids love it! From our first visit many years ago, we were impressed with the play equipment available - swings, climbing frames, play structures (yes plural!), digger/scooper toys, and of course, their amazing Castle and Dragon structures.
Visit this place, it's fun!
Lots of playground options and a big sports field. Easy parking just wish they had better paved areas for stroller or walking in laps. It does get busy at certain times to be prepared for that.
