I would NOT recommend Debi to anyone. When my husband and I first started seeing Debi she told us my husband just had to show up. He never had to be accountable for anything or have any action items despite the fact that he was verbally and emotionally abusing me on a daily basis. I was constantly suggesting things to try with him and she would agree, but isn’t it her job to give me suggestions?! After a couple of months I expressed my frustration that he wasn’t being held accountable and she told us at this point that she thought our marriage couldn’t be saved and we should get a divorce. Seriously?! This from a supposed Christian counselor. She was absolutely the worst therapist and completely believe the things she told us ultimately led to our divorce.

Debi is both my children’s therapist. Both my children are dealing with troublesome issues. My son is 6. Whenever he is having problems expressing his turmoil, he asks to see Debi. As a mother having children needing therapy, it’s a great feeling when your child asks to speak to their therapist. Especially at such a young age. My children are comfortable being vulnerable with her. This is one example why I recommend her. Thank you Debi.

Debi is the most amazing therapist ever. I don’t know where I would be today without her guidance and support. I have gone to her for everything from parenting to marriage advice. Her kindness and level headed approach to all problems that arrive help ground me to make the best decisions. I trust her more than anything and HIGHLY recommend her for all things family related and beyond!
